Home (also known as domiciliary) visits are for clients who are unable or would struggle to attend our clinic at 369 Lordship Lane SE22 8JJ.
Physiotherapy:
Before or after joint replacement surgery
Post-surgery rehabilitation
Reduced mobility or function (eg stairs, getting around indoors and outside)
At risk or fear of falling
General loss of strength and fitness
Reduced confidence in walking, being active
Occupational Therapy:
Managing in your home environment
Difficulty with personal care or dressing
Difficulty getting on and off the toilet, or in and out of the bath or shower
Reduced mobility or function (eg stairs, getting around indoors and outside)
At risk or fear of falling

Our Domiciliary Physiotherapist Julie Lubbock has a wealth of experience working in the local community & within Orthopaedic & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
First appointments are 1 hour (£130),
with subsequent appointments 45 minutes (£90).
Travel costs are included in the price.

We also provide Home Visits for Bupa, WPA & Axa clients too.
By observing you in the home our Occupational Therapist, Aine Loi, can help establish if equipment is needed & provide solutions to everyday tasks.
This comprehensive service is completed over two home visits & you can book directly here.
The first appointment is
approx 2 hours long (£260) and will include:
identifying goals
assess ability in managing everyday tasks (eg washing and dressing, meal prep)
advice on falls prevention
advice increasing independence
help in organising minor adaptations or equipment for your home (equipment will be charged separately).
A follow-up visit to your home will then be conducted to assess and educate around safe use of any equipment. This visit would be for 1hour (£160) and include a comprehensive report which can be sent to your GP if you wish.
